CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Changes can be made before proof approval. Once approved, we are unable to make any further edits.

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns for personalised or custom products — unless there is a mistake on our part or your item arrives damaged.

If something is wrong, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
PROOFS & APPROVALS

Proofs are sent before production.

We’ll email you a proof of your personalised design for approval. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Check your email (and junk folder).

Please ensure the email address on your order is monitored. If you’d like the proof sent to a different address, let us know in the “Notes to Seller” section when ordering.

Final responsibility lies with the customer.

Spelling, grammar, layout, and any personalised content are your responsibility. Please double-check everything before giving approval.

All products, artwork, and designs are the intellectual property of Perfect Creations and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

We do not use copyrighted images, logos, characters, or phrases without written permission.

If your request may infringe copyright law, we’ll offer a suitable alternative.

If that doesn’t suit your needs, we’ll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.
PERSONALISATION & CUSTOM DESIGNS

We love bespoke work! If you have a specific idea or custom request, feel free to message us — we're always happy to create something special just for you.

Please make sure all personalisation details (names, dates, messages, etc.) are accurate at the time of ordering. Errors in provided information cannot be refunded or changed once production begins.
TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

Processing times vary depending on the product and the time of year. Delivery times begin after proof approval, not from the date of order.

We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless agreed upon in writing before ordering. Please order early for peak periods like Christmas.
MATERIALS & PRODUCT INFO

Laser Engraving: Designs are engraved (burned) into wood or acrylic. Laser engraving does not add colour. The tone and burn depth may vary based on the material.

Wood is unique: As a natural product, wood grain and colouring will vary slightly. This adds character and makes each item one of a kind!

Screen Display Differences: Colours may appear slightly different in person due to monitor or phone screen variations.

Props Not Included: Decorative elements shown in photos (like flowers or stands) are for styling only and are not included unless specifically stated.

Text Layout: We may slightly adjust the text layout to best fit your design. Product images are for illustration only — final placement may differ.
PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY

We aim to be as eco-friendly as possible! Orders are packed using plastic-free or recycled packaging where possible.

If any plastic is used, it's usually re-used or recycled. We appreciate your support in helping us reduce waste!
