How it works:
Simply enter your chosen name(s) or message in the personalisation box at checkout, and send us a clear photo of the handprint(s) via message. We’ll take care of the rest — designing, engraving, and bringing your special keepsake to life.
Not sure if your handprint image is clear enough? No problem — message us before ordering, and we’ll be happy to check it for you.
A design proof will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Please review it carefully, as once approved, we are unable to offer refunds for any errors or changes.

As our products are handmade to order and personalised, please make sure you check all details are correct before ordering. We will need you to approve a proof of the design, so keep an eye out for messages from us after purchase. Ensure you check this proof thoroughly, as we do not accept returns once the product has been made. Please note, in the unlikely event that we have not heard from you within 14 days (10 business days), the product will be made and sent out according to your original order. In this instance, we will assume all spelling and grammar is deliberate and will not correct any details on your behalf.

For orders of multiple coasters with different designs, you may not be able to fit all information in this box. If this is the case, please just drop us an email after checkout.
