We will need you to approve a proof of the design, so keep an eye out for messages from us after purchase. Ensure you check this proof thoroughly, as we do not accept returns once the product has been made. Please note, in the unlikely event that we have not heard from you within 14 days (10 business days), the product will be made and sent out according to your original order. In this instance, we will assume all spelling and grammar is deliberate and will not correct any details on your behalf.
