With all of our personalised items, we create the design for you and send you a proof before anything is made to make sure you are 100% happy. Please note that if after approval you find an error, unfortunately this can not be refunded, so please ensure you have thoroughly checked the design and spelling etc.

All items are made to order by us in our little workshop in Essex. As we are a small company, please allow up to 48 hours for a response, (although we do aim to get back to all enquiries within 24 hours).
